These terms apply to your use of Patreon to support Badjo Entertainment and to receive benefits we offer through Patreon (such as license keys for Anti-Lag Pro). They are separate from Patreon’s own terms and from our product license agreement for the software.
Patreon is a third-party platform operated by Patreon, Inc. Your membership is also governed by Patreon’s policies and terms. We are not Patreon; we are an independent creator using their tools.
You must comply with Patreon’s rules and provide accurate information. Benefits (including keys) are tied to the Patreon identity and email flow we use in our integration; you are responsible for keeping your Patreon account secure.
Described benefits (for example license key issuance) depend on successful payment, Patreon’s systems, and our automation (webhooks, API sync, email). We aim to deliver promptly but do not guarantee instant or error-free delivery if Patreon, email providers, or our infrastructure fail.
If you believe you are entitled to a benefit but did not receive it, contact us on Discord with enough detail to locate your pledge.
If you cancel, downgrade, or lose Patreon entitlement, we may adjust your license status in line with our product terms (for example legacy or inactive keys). You understand that continued premium access may require an active qualifying membership where we offer keys through Patreon.
We may change tiers, pricing on Patreon, or benefit descriptions; we will follow Patreon’s tools and applicable law when doing so.
Receiving a key through Patreon does not replace the Anti-Lag Pro Terms of Use. You must comply with those terms when using the software (including online validation and session rules).
You may not misuse Patreon chargebacks, impersonate others, exploit our integration to obtain keys for ineligible accounts, or attempt to disrupt our webhooks, APIs, or licensing systems.
We provide Patreon-linked benefits on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Patreon’s platform may change or interrupt service outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from these Patreon-related terms is limited to the amount you paid to us through Patreon for the relevant benefit in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if less, fifty euros (€50)). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law where mandatory. Courts of Sofia, Bulgaria shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
